Ordering Sample Reels
To order a custom VHS sample reel (NTSC only), fax us at (817) 795-1132, or e-mail us at info@prairiepictures.com, with your shipping and billing address and FedEx account number. Or if you prefer, we can ship your sample reel via USPS Priority Mail (in the US only). Either way, we can ship immediately once we receive your order.
VHS sample reels are $30.00, which can be invoiced. There is a $5.00 shipping charge for USPS Priority Mail shipments.
License and Duplication Fees
Please contact us to receive our current rate card listing license and duplication fees.
Ordering Masters
We recommend clients begin by ordering a VHS sample reel to select cuts. Sample reels feature visible time code for identification. The VHS sample reel can be transferred to a larger tape format or hard disk for off-line editing.
Once shots are selected, clients can fax their footage order form to us at (817) 795-1132. Master tapes are then shipped on Betacam SP, Betacam SP-PAL, Digital Betacam, D-1, D-5, HD D-5 or 35mm IP/negative via FedEx. Master tapes for new accounts are shipped using FedEx C.O.D.
Licenses are valid after receipt of full payment and return of master tapes.
